Game Modes Designed for Every Player

Flood Cube offers several distinct ways to play, whether you want a quick daily brain-teaser, a serious competitive challenge, or a relaxed session with no pressure. Every mode uses the same core 3D flood-fill mechanic but changes the stakes, the cube size, and the tools at your disposal. Here is what each one offers.

Which Mode Should You Play?

If you are new to Flood Cube, start with the Daily Double — the 8x8 opener eases you in before the tougher 9x9 second cube. Once you are comfortable, test yourself against the Challenge Cube, where every move counts toward a medal and your attempts are limited. Prefer to unwind? Infinite Zen drops the timer and the competition so you can flood cube after cube at your own pace. And when you want to experiment, Power Mode hands you powerups that open up creative, unconventional solutions.

Leaderboards, Streaks & Scoring

Most modes feed into global leaderboards. In the Daily Double and Challenge Cube, your placement is decided by how far under "Par" you finish, with completion time as the tiebreaker. Winning consistently builds a daily streak, and long streaks are what separate the top solvers from the rest. All of your stats, streaks, and best scores are saved automatically when you play signed in.
